A 45ª edição do Blue Dragon Film Awards divulgou sua lista de indicados, que foram escolhidos por votação de um painel de especialistas e por votação de fãs entre 11 e 27 de outubro. Os filmes elegíveis foram lançados entre 12 de outubro de 2023 e 10 de outubro de 2024.
A cerimônia deste ano ocorrerá em 29 de novembro, no KBS Hall em Seul, e será apresentada por Han Ji Min e Lee Je Hoon.
